For 17 years, KNB Printing Solutions, Inc. has brought brands to life through expert screen printing and embroidery services with high-quality custom apparel and promotional items.

In 2023, Authentic Apparel Stores was created by Marlon Gardinera, the owner of Land Development Partners.  He was unhappy buying 24 items when he only needed a couple.  That situation came up time and time again with new hires.  So he created the Contractor Apparel Store to make it possible to get a couple of shirts, a safety vest, and a hat for an employee rather than the traditional bulk order.
